Very professional Manager call

Such a dysfunctional dealership! They agree to sell me a car, then 5 days later tell me it’s sold. No correspondence from management.

John Kelly was very professional and courteous, followed up with my requests and allowed plenty of room to make my decision, got technical information for me that was 100% accurate, and was very helpful through the process. I appreciate that type of approach to make the customer feel comfortable in order to make good decisions.
