I’ve never worked with a dealership more disinterested than this one. We were communicating with a salesman who texted my husband and I from four different numbers, and regularly just never responded when we reached out to the point it was ‘assumed’ by the dealership that we weren’t interested and their customer rep reached out to find out how our experience was. When in fact, we were quite interested. Incredibly disorganized for a buyer trying to communicate via out of state to organize a purchase and transport.

The dealer was very responsive, but not very accommodating. I pointed out that even on cargurus the deal was priced high. They did not budge on the price and when I asked for a price sheet there was 3K in add ons and refusal to remove them.
