Really don't know what happened, Went back to the dealership for 2nd time to negotiate a deal on this car. Ahmed the salesman was awesome, and sales manager Brian who I talked with through text, was very cordial. Tried negotiate a trade-in and gave my price only to have another manager (maybe John) come back with an attitude and say the price is now over $57,000 when advertised at $53,500. Shook my hand when I said price was too high, and then walked away yelling, "I tried my best". A couple of things to add, did not disclose prior damage when I asked first time I came to look at vehicle (Was only cosmetic damage as I could tell and willing to overlook, but still should've disclosed it). The vehicle was not washed and had garbage bags of Laundry in trunk when I first test-drove it. The second time was cleaned and washed before I arrived.

I called twice to make sure that the car was still available before I went to the dealer for a test drive. One of the calls was the night before my test drive appointment. I got to my appointment as scheduled at noon and I was told by Nada (Sales Manager) that the car was just sold that morning but there were other cars I could look at. I asked her why someone didn't call me to cancel the appointment. She didn't have an answer. I thought this used car bait and switch scam was no longer done. I was wrong. I would never buy a car from this dealership and I am telling everyone I know about my experience.

The customer service was outstanding. The prices are fair and the vehicles are more than reliable. I just do not have the money for one at the moment if one can be given to me for free or at least with no money down and under 300 a month I would take it or better yet. If you guys would let me be your sponsor for the Cadillac Escalade every year fully loaded one I’ll do it with pride. Just kidding, great vehicle for the price and for the reliability highly recommend recommended!

The dealer contacted me. I asked if the price listed was the best price. I told them I would be paying cas if I decided to purchase the car. They said that it’s a single price dealership and the price is the price. I’m old school from the 70’s when I bought my first car and I feel single price isn’t always the best price.

id give them 0 if there was an option. once i got on site they ve presented me with an additional, almost, 3000$ for car inspection and cleaning and what ever else they had in mind! for that amount. why not let the customer know ahead of time that there ll be an additional 2500-3000$ charge? i wouldnt have wasted my time drive there! please: disclose such hidden and shameless charges

Good guy was absolutely honest on me wasting my time tried to get the suv I wanted for $70k price $75k I would of definitely purchased it for $70 but it's not a necessity.but smooth sales rep for sure

They responded promptly, were very friendly and professional. Couldn’t agree on price. I strongly recommend this dealership..
