Not willing to deal on price telling me they are firm on it then less then a week u drop the price so sounds like u don't won't to deal at all

Chad at Drapers was AMAZING! clear communication- email and text- we were 6 hours away - he sent videos inside and out - showed all dings etc- we ended up being late and he waited - took care of the financing and recommended a great restaurant locally… 100% recommended!

Matthew was amazing to work with and help get me into this car. we did have some hiccups with the detailing crew killing the battery overnight but they were super helpful with fixing the issue and made it an amazing experience nonetheless!

Was not happy with the experience. Interested in a 2016 Cadillac SRX. Was told I had to go through clean up and conditioning no issue there. I let them know yes I do want to buy it when it is done going through the process. At this point I was assured that the vehicle was mine if I wanted it I told them yes I do want it. A couple days later they called me and let me know that one of the employees purchase the vehicle instead. Very angry with the process. I ended up buying another Cadillac SRX from a different dealership.
