Professional and polite

Car was nothing near showed on pics. In real life is damaged and no dealer warranty. On the website it shows perfect condition and certified by mechanic warranty. Waste of time

Lied about pricing and didn't return my follow up calls. I called the manager and still no return call.

Did not have a blind spot warning system

I made an hour and 30 minute drive to get there when I got there. They informed me the vehicle was sold and did not want to help me find another vehicle.

Set an appointment to see a car 2 hours there 2 hours back and it sold and there was no honest communication they led me on to believe it was still available still made the drive and tried to sway me into purchasing a more expensive car after informating me that my original was no longer available after I had already made the travel I feel I should have been notified of the sale that's all
