Hassan and Alejandro were awesome! Process was fairly easy. Stressful stuff on my side but they made it easy.

I corresponded via email asking for the price to include all fees, tax title and license. the salesperson refused to give that instead asking me to quote what I was willing to pay for the car when I refused that they totally stopped corresponding

They confirm the car was available, I drove 30 miles for nothing, when i got there, they said we just sold the car, but we have more available.

Everything great but the price was different

Total false advertising! Their price is NOT the price! Advertised for one price and then I was told at time of invoice that there had been multiple "add-ons" that the dealership "had already installed" that they added to the agreed upon price. Things like tinted windows and some type of security system. The pictures did not have tinted windows. I said I didn't want any of the extras but they told me they were already installed. They were NOT. Bait and switch. They are the type of dealer that gives used car dealers a bad name.

Bought this 2019 Toyota Tundra last week from Bubba Alvarez at Finnegan's dealership in Rosenberg. It's a great truck and got it at a great price! Appreciate everything Bubba did to get it all done and how quickly I was able to close the sale and get back on the road after flying out from Mississippi to pick it up! Great experience overall, highly recommend!
