Buick dealerships near me (Kokomo, IN)

Was not happy with the experience. Interested in a 2016 Cadillac SRX. Was told I had to go through clean up and conditioning no issue there. I let them know yes I do want to buy it when it is done going through the process. At this point I was assured that the vehicle was mine if I wanted it I told them yes I do want it. A couple days later they called me and let me know that one of the employees purchase the vehicle instead. Very angry with the process. I ended up buying another Cadillac SRX from a different dealership.

Ask for pictures was told they were coming never did if they going to put a vehicle online with no pictures they can expect to be asked to send them how else do you know if your interested?

They were very nice to me

I did not know that dealers are selling cars that they know have issues. “They won’t fix anything it’s priced wholesale” the devil is a lie. Wholesale would have been half that price

It's still up in the air. Nothing like the engine light coming on three days later. Now I have to wait until next week for them to look at it.
