They didn’t respond back through CarGurus. But when I went for a test drive they were very professional and I was able to negotiate a deal to purchase the vehicle. Troy was the salesman and Jeff was the finance guy. Both were courteous and very helpful.

This car had already been sent to auction. I've been contacted 2 or 3 times since referring on other choices.

After ongoing communication with Rick HendrickBuick, I arrived to test drive the vehicle. After waiting for Devon to bring the vehicle to the front (even though it should have been waiting for my arrival) no vehicle. Devon stated it had been sold. I drove 30 miles for naught. Poor customer service experience.

Did NOT want to sell the vehicle l guess. They basically said that cash was NOT an option it had to be financed and at the full price after the trade in. Also even with a credit score of around 810 which is extremely high said basically didn’t matter. The new also had close to 6000 miles on it and said it was a Z71 package but yet it didn’t even come with the 20inch wheels that a Z 71 is supposed to come with.

Wow! The price advertised was a little over 36K but when they responded (the same day), it was suddenly just under 50K!!!! This is even though it is now advertised at 42K in a revision! STAY AWAY! This is simply not honest. So many Car Dealers have a bad reputation and this one definitely deserves it! DESPICABLE!!!!!
