Spoke to rep all day to stay in touch for there car was destroyed flat tires cam shaft tore out seats ripped drove 3 hrs to look at this car they had another car 1 year newer with 2000 more miles then the one we were originally going to look at and wouldn't do anything to help with lower price or even pay what the other car was and the car that got destroyed was a lot nicer and cleaner compared to the one that didn't get destroyed waste time what car lot do t have security camera or some kind security for protection of the vehicles total waste of time definitely do not recommend

They had the truck listed on their website so I went with all intentions of buying it if it was a good truck. The truck was parked in the back and wasn’t even ready to sale.so they said to give them a week which I did and called back and the truck still wasn’t ready. 3 weeks went by and a lady called me saying the truck was ready to show so I rode by to find that the truck STILL wasn’t ready. So I went to another dealer in statesville NC and found and bought the exact truck I had been looking for.

They started off excellent. Grace communicated well, however, when it came to the terms of financing we were extremely disappointed. We were told that we could not remove the addendum of $2,400.00 which I believe may have been an additional warranty. We decided to go to another Nissian dealer and we were not forced to accept the dealer warranty. Other than me having to go to another dealer and not getting the actual car I wanted, there are no other issues.

Dealer quickly let me know this vehicle was no longer available and sent other comparable options.

Drove 2 hours to pick a vehicle they advised they would hold for me however they sold the vehicle and tried placing me in a vehicle that was no where close to the original vehicle I originally wanted. Would not refer anyone or go back.
