They are awesome and are working very well to get me in this truck.

Dealer was responsive but seemed to be playing games. Had no price listed for the vehicle at the time I contacted them and wouldn't give me one after several exchanges over a couple of days. When I finally said I needed to know the asking price to know if it was worth me driving over to look at the car, they quit responding. I checked about a week later, and they had finally posted a price online, but I had bad vibes by that point and decided to move on. With a straight answer, I probably would have bought the vehicle.

Bryce was very nice and knowledgeable. He made sure he put me in what I wanted. He had me in and out. The entire process was quick and easy. Y'all go check out Orr Nissan Bossier and ask for Bryce. The entire staff was friendly.

This dealer is awesome. They answered all of my questions. I took a star off because I didn’t hear back through the app but I called them, made an appointment, and test drove two different vehicles. They weren’t pushy and let me take my time test driving a Fiat and a Mini Countryman. Even though I am going with another car from somewhere else, I will definitely recommend these guys in the future. If I ever need another car, I will look here first! Really enjoyed driving both cars and they were very clean!

Rates are entirely to high, but the staff member was super friendly and informative.
