Overall it was a very good experience. I live in Connecticut, the online e-sign experience was seamless, however the transportation aspect needs some refining. I believe they will definitely improve as they grow their online business. They don’t have a clear answer from the companies they use to deliver vehicles so they literally end up with your money and your car in their possession while they wait for dates to deliver your car. If you live close to the dealer or don’t need a car immediately it’s ok to purchase a car from them. However if you need a car immediately, I would encourage buyer to shop their local dealers, waiting for cashier check to clear on their end for 3 days and then waiting for car to be delivered, you could have a car purchased, registered at your home from local dealers in 1 or 2 days. It’s 2 weeks with auto lenders.

I went for a long distance to see the car they told me to call it was in great shape had no damage on the outside the car was in terrible shape the rear door wouldn't even open the hatch door the plates in between the front and rear windows on the driver side look like they were melted the tires were bald the car look terrible they wasted my time driving all the way there to see that piece of garbage the big lie I was told by the sales people there what a joke only problem is the joke was on me

Would highly recommend Larsen Ford. The truck I looked just wasn’t right for me but they were great to deal with and friendly.

Nick was helpful and courteous throughout the process. However there was a problem with the Audi's brakes. And was told they wouldn't fix it. The car was being sold As Is.
