BMW dealerships near me (Santa Barbara, CA)

NOT A POSITIV EXPERIENTE. First call was very confusing ? I was told " ABOUT THAT CAR" ??? So, the car have a recall from BMW that was not resolved, so the car can not be sold, but is reserved ?!?!?! I so this car on CarGurus on Sunday so I called on Monday 3pm. Second call, Tuesday 9am, was very direct, car is sold ?!?!?! I did ask, how come ? The replay was: Some one has the name on that car. That didn't make any sense. After some incredible explanations I was ask if I want a different car, what was so important about that car ?!?!?! I start to buy the car online, give them al the information, but nobody reply back to that email.
