They initially called and I asked about pricing and was told someone from sales would contact me, but that did not happen. Very unfortunate because I was definitely interested in purchasing the vehicle, but turned off by such lack of response.

I did get an automated response when I first called BMW OF RAMSEY. I followed up by calling around 10am that went unanswered. I immediately called back and was disconnected, my third consecutive call was answered. Upon expressing interest in the said vehicle I was put on hold for an extended period of time. The female that initially answered pickup again and apologized, saying that she was trying to get someone and was placed on hold again. After several attempts I was connected to Michael who immediately placed me on a brief hold. Without hesitation I expressed serious interest in the vehicle and offered a deposit. Once I did that everything went smoothly, with me making a full purchase of the vehicle.

I wish could give them a zero star I contacted them about a car that had been sitting in their lot for over 200 days. I spoke with Craig who had no idea what car I was referring to and after he was able to locate the car couldn’t answer my questions about the car features. I scheduled an appt to go the next day to talk in person, ask my questions and purchase the car. At the end of the day I get a text message that car was sold as soon as we hung up.
