Vehicle was not available.. looked at another vehicle online price was 4,000 dollars higher. I was told it was due to fees and upgrades on the vehicle. I was told I could not speak with a finance manager because there was no deal in place

Great experience overall.

Basically I took a test drive It took a while to get the vehicle , They knew I was coming from 3 hours away , then I left and checked out another van somewhere else then I texted them up a couple hours later said let's do the deal I'd like to buy the van and they agreed and basically they never communicated back to me They ghosted me with 3 text and blocked my phone calls coming in or basically my text too ???

I purchased the left over new 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander. Given a good deal. Really love the vehicle.

The car runs great. The man was honest and hospitable. He even helped me getting a car insurance. He gave me a one month warranty.

Experience was great!!!

Communication was sparse.... Not a whole lot of back and forth and couldn't answer my one question which was the offer. They could have sold this car last week but do to lack of followup questions on emails they lost this deal. No wonder it's been sitting for so long... Seems like a bait car and those are the worst kind of dealsrships
