Amazing experience from the initial contact through the close of the deal. Audi Kirkwood has gained a new customer with me.

My salesman was very nice. However, the finance managers were rude and treated me as if I was underneath them. They would not budge on the price and got upset when I said I would go to my bank to close the loan. I did offer for them to meet me in the middle and it would have been a win/win for both of us. They refused the offer just to not take anything off of the price of the car. When I went to close, they had me wait for hours while they were on their phones and talking to each other. They made it an unpleasant experience.

I had the best experience with this dealership. Gave me immediate attention. Very professional and made sure the vehicle was in top shape before leaving the lot..
