He was very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to explain the car’s different features to us. He went through the carfax history with us & he thoroughly answered my questions about extended warranties vs certified pre owned. Allen Mercedes (ironic name at Audi) was very helpful and attentive. He gets an A+. Hamad, the finance manager successfully sold me on a few add-ons that I don't normally purchase, but hey, it was my decision and not high pressure. All good all around. The car was ready and clean. It did take a bit longer to go through the paperwork than I had expected.
