Dealership contacted me quickly, but informed me that the listing was incorrect.

Tonya was beyond helpful. She was very responsive and even took a video for me since I was from out of town. She made everything very smooth and was upfront about everything with the vehicles I was interested in. There were no hidden charges, nor did I ever feel pressured. I love my new car and definitely recommend Bergstrom Auto.

Asked the salesman to send me the numbers with all the charges, tax, lic, dealer prep etc. so I could look at them and was going to have the car delivered which I've done with Bergstrom in the past. Never heard back. I called once and left a message with the salesman at there answering desk to call me never heard back and assume they don't want to do business. The car I was looking at is still for sale 2022 Kia Telluride EX AWD pictured to the right.

Only bad thing is they dont budge on price the price you see is the price you are paying

The vehicle I went to see wasn't in good working order, they had another one, that was more money of course. They are unwilling to negotiate - at all, they have a high documentation fee that is excessive in my opinion, and when I asked for an on the road price, they are in Wisconsin and I live in Michigan, they added another $200 title fee - which made no sense, since I have to pay for title transfer and taxes when I get back to Michigan. The salesman was very kind and responsive though, they held the vehicle for me with no money down. I didn't end up buying from them, but would have, had the vehicle I wanted worked properly.
