The owner of this dealership was exceptional. He’s very knowledgeable and has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I highly recommend them and will be returning if I need a vehicle in the future.

Been buying automobiles for over 50 years and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had! The vehicle was damaged and dirty inside. After numerous emails and text my wife and I drove an hour and a half and the staff had no clue why we were there. Just didn’t expect this from a Infinity dealership. I should have read the reviews before I went it would have saved me hours of waisted time but it did help me understand that that particular dealership doesn’t have the best reputation.

Sales Associate was very nice

Drove in from Elizabeth city, so almost 4 hours, and get about 30 min away and get an email stating they sold the car that I was coming to look at. No biggie, they had a truck on the website and I inquired about, nope sold. Why keep vehicles online as available but they are sold. Definitely feel like they bait and switch you. Never again dealing with any Hendricks dealerships.

Great example of what a dealership should and could be! Awesome experience with Financing, down payment coordination, test drive, car wash, a full tank of gas and a free meal at the diner were all great! What I liked the most…. the no pressure sales to include warranty add on’s remained as points of discussion and not points of pressure. ….if this sales culture remains, I will be back as a repeat customer! Keep up the great work!

Dealer responded fine prior to making a deal, but after that communication was nonexistent. If I didn’t call to to force the issue I don’t think the deal would have gone through

I bought the car based on Cargurus listed price of $21,577 on Jan 9, 2026. Next day the price listed on Cargurus was lower by $300 to $21,277. I went to the dealer and requested to honor the new price on Cargurus and refund $300. The Manager refused to honor the new price listed on Cargurus. Additionally, day after purchased a warning sign appeared on dashboard that the car service is overdue by 81 days. Before selling the car, they should have checked and make sure that the service and inspection is complete. I went to the dealer again and showed them the warning sign on dashboard. The dealer just reset it to waive the warning sign without any service which the was there on the dashboard. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service.
