Spoke with dealer and never heard back after first contact about more pictures and a video walk around of car

Was referred by a family friend, a Board of Directors member of the Michigan Automobile Dealers Association to talk to Mark Brown at this dealership. My father was the Director of AAA so we have a lot of automobile connections. So I already knew they had the car that I wanted and with my 832 credit score I had multiple lenders prequalify me to purchase the Maserati that they had on their lot and I could never even get this guy to return my call even once after leaving multiple messages even stating I wanted to buy the car. I know this wasn’t because they sold the car because it’s still there at the time I’m writing this days later. Then I read the reviews and see that this is how they operate and a common complaint voiced by tons of other customers whose business they lost because they can’t respond to messages. I don’t know how they stay in business??? so I guess they don’t need the business.
