Worked with Chris. He made it so easy. Most of the details were handied by phone. I was comng from a distance. He made sure I had what I need to make the purchase and to close he deal. The only warning is if you get Tim for closing and paperwork, he has no bedside manner. Made me feel like I wanted to walk out of there and take my checks with me. Even though I had such a positive experience. Chris made sure I knew where to find everything on the car before I drove off the lot. My rating is for Chris.

People here seem lazy and don't have good communication. I was told my vehicle would get a full tank of gas then the manager changed that when I arrived to purchase. I was told a credit application would take 3 hours to come back and they don't accept appointments after 6 even though they are open until 7. Just a big lack of communication and misleading sales people.

Everyone was very helpful and even got me better financing than what I had secured through another lender. I will definitely go back and refer friends there as well.
