Within an hour I was contacted by Jack at Marin Acura about the Volkswagen Atlas to schedule an appointment. I was received by Jack and Edmond of Marin Acura. The vehicle was in great condition but the check engine light had come on along with a couple sensor lights. After I purchased the vehicle from Marin Acura, I had the vehicle inspected by a Volkswagen dealership. The issues with the vehicle were mostly covered by the warranty. One item was not covered, I contacted Edmond at Marin Acura about the situation and they covered the cost for the item. Exceptional service, transparency and overall great experience. I would absolutely recommend using Marin Acura for a purchase in the future.

I worked with Mark Barlaan, the Internet Sales Manager, and he was great. He was very responsive by emails, and was able to answer all my questions, very quickly. I had been looking at several used trucks, from Roseville to San Jose, because I had a particular set of requirements for my purchase. The one I found at Steve Hopkins, met 90% of them. To me that's a win. After comparing it to my other options, I made an appointment to meet with Mark. At the appointment, Mark gave me plenty of time to look it over, and give it a thorough test drive. Mark worked up a great price, and I bought the truck that day. They washed the truck, and filled the tank, before I left. That's great customer service. Chris was my contact information and was very professional and polite. He sent me pictures of the car and made sure where to go find it at the dealership. I was from out of town and when I went to pick up the car, Chris wasn't there but Nick and Toni took care of all the paperwork. They also were very professional and answered all my questions.
