We bought this Lexus for my wife, and we were made to feel very welcome. Mr. Drew really helped us get the car, which is why I’m giving four stars.

They give the worst Trade deal and they didn't take any price down on the vehicle when the the front trunk, and the back trunk was not working properly on the vehicle. They were damages on top the roof which they were not transparent about it.

I have had my voice box removed, I could not speak, but they put up with me...lol it was great...thank you guys.

I started out doing an online application. Nothing from that application stayed the same as what was shown on the website. First it was they didn’t receive my application so I had to do it again with a link they sent me. Then the loan term changed from what was offered online. Then the salesman lied about interest in said vehicle. He said there was a lot of other people looking at that truck when in actuality it had been on their lot for quite some time. Overall my experience was not very pleasant. I would not recommend trying to do business online with sterling auto sales.
