Ran my credit with multiple banks even after telling them i was pre approved with Capital One. And also was paying 90% of the vehicles cash. And told them Capital One said they didn’t have to run my credit with multiple banks because they can pull up my pre approval with Capital One since they work with them. Ding my credit with 15 points even after telling them not to run it. Horrible.

The dealer reached out to me multiple times. I responded after he made several attempts to reach me. By then the car was gone and he didn't have anything else right for me. It was my delay, not his that was the problem.

They are so disorganized and the owner sam is very rude and has terrible customer service. I am already approved by my bank already for the full amount and i explained that i was coming from out of town but the owner sam speaks in a very condescending manner. I had to call them several times because they did not respond on cargurus and when they did, they sent an incorrect buyers order and also put the wrong phone number on there for me. They are too disorganized and chaotic.
