The dealer attempted to change the advertised price. I was not a satisfied customer. The vehicle had a spare tire but the jack and necessary tools to change the tire were missing. There was construction materials in the bed of the truck. The staff was not very friendly. I was told a manager was not available to speak to me. I asked for the manager's name and I was told they don't give out the manager's name to customers. I would be hesitant to recommend this dealer.

Excellent customer service

Bait and switch type of business. Cannot be trusted. Listed a car for sale that was not available. The listing kept running for over a week. I called them to buy the car but they told me it was sold and tried to sell me a way worse car.

This dealership uses bait-and-switch tactics and is extremely misleading. I originally inquired about a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro 1LT Coupe RWD after seeing it listed on CarGurus for $7,665. When I checked the dealership’s website, the price was listed at over $11,000, which immediately raised concerns. I called the representative I had been speaking with, and he assured me that $7,665 was the correct promotional price. He even claimed to have confirmed it with the finance manager and the owner. Because the dealership was an hour and a half away, I specifically asked him to verify the price before I made the trip. He reassured me that everything was accurate. When I arrived, I asked for the person I had been speaking with (Jordy), only to find out he doesn’t even work at the dealership. He is part of a third-party call center whose job is to get customers in the door using misleading information.
