I have a 1997 Bonneville with a non stock radio. I recently replaced a stripped batter lug only. Now the car won't crank over or start.I charged the battery just in case it was low. It was good. All of the interior fuses in the fuse panel and they looked good.Dash lights all some on.

Did the stock radio have security system in it.if it did you need part to bypass security system.

It ended up being a crappy replacement key that I had made at the hardware store. My original key works fine, so I tossed the key out and no more problems. Lesson learned get originals keys duplicated at the GM dealer not hardware store.
