I have an intermittent issue with putting my car into gear. Can any one offer some insight? Im trying to sell the vehicle and do not want to mislead my buyer. Please see details below.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It will go into gear eventually, but some times I have to put in neutral, step on
the brake, depress the clutch again, or turn the car off and restart it.  The
clutch was recently replaced about a year ago. It only seems to happen when
its hot out or in stop and go traffic. It primarily affects 1st, second, and
reverse.

Just a guess but have you checked your hydraulic clutch fluid level? If it is low you could have problems getting the car into gear. You may have a bad slave or master cylinder.

Thank you! The fluid was fine last I checked, but I will look again. Is that an expensive fix?

It depends on what is wrong but as repairs go it is fairly minor.
