I have a 99 Ford Taurus, I Replaced my Driver side rear Brake and Caliper Every month for the past 6 months, After about 3 weeks after replaced, It would start grinding again, Its only on the one side. My other side is perfect still. I dont know what the problem could be.

The problem could be a hose that has collapsed inside. They act like a check valve and keeps pressure on the puck.
