Engine will not fire to start

Check for basic issues like fully charged battery, fuel pressure, spark first
Have to go back to the basics: 1.) Do you have spark? Pull a plug wire and check for spark while turning over the engine. 2.) Does it have fuel? Spray some starting fluid in the air intake to see if it tries to start. 3.) Check the spark plugs to see if fouled or dry.
