No heat

Jiggle your "directional switch" go from defrost to any other position and with the engine running you should hear the Diverter doors changing position ,, if you hear them working than as above said ,,,"check the coolant level" IF THE LEVEL IS LOW PLEASE DON'T BE TEMPTED TO ADD WATER ... IF YOUR IN A FRIGID AREA YOU COULD DO SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE IF THE WATER FREEZES
