What fise goes to the diagnostic outlet

Go to your fuse block in the passenger compartment. I think it will be on the driver's side near the steering column. Look for the fuse #12 and replace it with the same amperage if it's burnt out. You might notice your cigarette lighter is out too, being on the same circuit.
