Is there a kill switch, If so where is it located. My
engine will crank up by will not completely turn
over.

There is no kill switch on the car, sounds if you are not getting enough fuel, when is the last time you changed the fuel filter? when is the last time you did a complete tune up on the car???, also check the pump pressure at the rail it should be a 55 psi
