Are the headlight assy able to be taken apart, cleaned inside and resealed again if so?

Headlights are very dull and the lighting is very poor.

ur best option to clean them up is to go to a detailer and get some clear plastic polish and use an orbital polisher or power polisher and the use them on medium speed with moderate pressure and polish the outside dont leave the polisher in 1 spot for to long bcs it will burn and)discolor the lens. the reason the lights are like that is wheathering so this should solve the problem, pending on how bad the haze is will depend on how long you should polish the area. msg me if u have any further questions i was a detailer and delt with this alot.
