Can I put 235/60r17 tires instead of 235/55r17 on my 13 escape with no problem?

That should work- be sure and ask the tire dealer- you will get a better ride, but the speedo may be off a little-

That's almost an inch taller and 3.3% difference in speedo, which isn't recommended usually. A pretty even swap would be 225/60/17 and it's only ~0.4" thinner. I'm wondering if 215/60/17 is too thin (~0.8"thinner) for the wheel.
