It cranked up earlier from the remote start then died by the time I came out.

Turn on the head light to see how is your battery level. Check fuel level. Engine warm?
Even if it had a little ticking after I wasn't trying to start it.?
After the truck lost power I tried to turn the switch back over and the car said nothing. The whole time that I was trying to crank it the dashboard lights were lightly blinking

1. That tells the battery is completely dead. Recharge/replace the battery and check charging system. 2. You may have a bad connection at the battery terminal or the battery terminal and/or cable(s) is bad. Have someone give you a jump start with a GOOD jumper cable or box to start.
