Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have checked my coolant resevoir this morning. When I looked inside the
coolant was brown. What does this mean? I think it's a blown head gasket, tell
me I'm wrong and it just needs flushing.

    My 2000 deville base is overheating. When it is overheating I turn the heater on full blast. The air coming from the vents is cold, almost like I have the ac on. What could cause this?
