New answer to old post. My 2011 aveo was doi g the same thing. Onstar scan said it was oxy sensor. Replaced ,still had prob. I have a good mech here. He found a leak in hose connecting the intake to the throttle body. So oxy sensor code showed up because it was running lean, sending code to computer to send more gas. When recieving more gas car flooded because it couldnt burn it. Fixed vac leak car runs fine. Oxy sensor code doesnt always mean bad sensor.
