When i turn on my front headlights my dash and stereo light turn off anyone no how to turn them on or why its happening?

Sounds like an issue with the switch. When you just click the switch once, you have dash and radio, then when you click the switch to headlights, everything else shuts off, correct? I would say switch issue.
