Lights all light up fuel pump works but won't crank
at all brand new battery

Did you try hitting the starter while holding the key in crank position? ( 2 person job )

New battery check the wire connection from the positive side to the starter? Sometimes when we put new batteries in we don't get a good connection or a wire gets damaged and doesn't show.
