Electrical insanity

My brake lights have stopped working, the seatbelt light comes on when I hit
the brake pedal and my blinkers act like they're on speed! I'm baffled

The first thing that comes to mind is water intrusion or corrosion at your fuse or power distribution box under the hood you'll have to turn it over to properly check. Recheck all fuses.

Can u please explain further? I'd like to try too fix this but I could use some direction. Willing but clueless.
