Won't start

My lady friend has been driving her 96 suburban just fine for years.. She woke up last Friday started up fine . went about her day came home shut it off. And went out to start it this morning won't. Start.. It turns over fine. I pulled off a plug wirer and it got spark. And ideas. Please I checked for blown fuses first and made.sure it has gas..

Spray some quick start in intake to see if it'll start for a bit. If it does, it's fuel related issue, you said it has spark, is that at the spark plugs?
