You are replacing that part right ? If so just cut that rubber boot of and put a pair on vise grips on bottom part that will hold it so that you can turn the nut. Now if you are planning to reuse that part its a whole different story.
Yes i am, and i have already tried that but it didn't work!! problem is the rubber, its not in its place anymore and while i am trying to unscrew the bolt from the bottom the rubber start spinning with bolt, and i cant hold it with anything

Ok do you see the end the stud were the nut is there are no treads put a box end wrench on nut then put your vise grips on that end with no treads and turn nut once nut comes up high enough were it hits the vise grips use a pair of small or needle nose vise grips and clamp onto stud at the bottom of the nut then continue to remove nut.
I have talked to my dealer and he says the only way to get it out is to cut it!! but thank you for your help firebird338

If you are going to cut it off just cut the rubber boot and put vise grips one the stud the only reason it did not work for you the first time is because the vise grips were just slipping on the rubber once rubber is out of the way you will get a better grip on the stud. Gave you first answer because I thought you were trying to reuse the part.
