OK what do you mean by 'intake coolant valve'? Intake for what? The engine coolant? Or a coolant for transmission, what? Heater core maybe, is that what you mean?

yes for the engine coolant was told its under intake manifold 650.00 to fix,
that much?? they must be doing a major job.. is your intake manifold gasket leaking?

Engine coolant comes out of the bottom radiator hose after passing through radiator, right in to block therefore making that the intake. Go to another shop
