Well, if its getting spark and fuel (im guessing you can smell raw gas) have you checked the air filter? Is it clogged? And dont laugh, 10 years ago my dad had a Ford Ranger he bought used, it had a k&n filter sticker on the airbox, as a result none of the oil change places he took it to ever bothered to look at it, one day he called me and said there was a pop under the hood and it wouldn't start. The filter was like a brick. A $10 cheapo filter from autozone fixed it.... But if it's getting all 3 (air, spark, fuel) something else is wrong...Do you have a code reader with live data? If so check to see what temperature the engine actually thinks it is, not the dash gauge. On a non running engine it should be within a few degrees of the ambient air temp. Sometimes when these fail the car will think it's -45 outside and dump too much gas into the engine, flooding it out. Yes. Fuel injected cars can flood out.

Thank you for your quick reply. I checked the air filter ECT. The starter just one day started turning at 2/3 speed, will not start even after jumping into gear. Weird!

Very odd. Normally a slow starter is caused by a dying battery, but if it keeps turning and turning without killing it something else is wrong. It sounds like there is a massive voltage drop. What condition are the battery cables in? Are the connectors to the battery still good? The Honda battery cables of that era did have a reputation for cracking and corroding badly, if it doesn't have, or can't get clean voltage to the vehicle systems nothing will happen. The starter has enough draw to lets say 'bridge' the bad connection for a few seconds, but the smaller systems won't get enough voltage.

Battery cables are in good order. This happened while driving, all of a sudden crv turned off its like the power was being turned as if in a storm. Maybe alternator not allowing proper amount of volts through system?? I'll stick to gm, dodge, ford after this problem is solved and sold. Thank for the help.

Understood! Honestly, without seeing it in person, I have no more advice to give. Sounds like a weekend under the hood with a volt meter and a light. Something is wrong with the electric system, really go through and check all of the grounds and all of the positive cable connection points, but don't lose your mind over it! Sorry I couldn't have been more helpful, and good luck with your car.

Found put the problem, broken intake rocker arms. And one that fell off. Previous owner never maintained vehicle. Honda owners check your valves if there is any doubt to working properly! Not a hard task to complete take heed. Thank you.
