She won't pass smog and check engine light on then soon as I read about how toyota have bad rep they start to have tyranny probably. So I sent out the ecm to be repaired showing a code of p1349 .repair shop says the ecm is fine. When they test it on there rav 4 it's fine . Do you know what to make of it . Remember 2002 rav4 service are notorious for there ecm 1 Answer
