I have a 2013 Outback with 23,000 miles and it sounds like it is dragging a piece of metal. I looked under the car and there is nothing hanging down. Any ideas what it could be?

I've got a 2006 Subaru Outback that just had the engine replaces. Occasionally when I step on the gas coming out of a turn, like entering a highway, it misfires a little and the check engine like blinks a few times then goes out.
