my lenses are foggy is there beter replacements

my head lights are not as bright as they used to be, foggy lenses, can not get them clean. are there after market one's that are better?

My husband smears toothpaste on them. Then rubs it off. Cleans them up beautifully.

Same as Jennifer, I used toothpaste on my headlights, circular motion and atleast 2 - 3 applications and done!
