Air conditioning dash cluster

My a/c was working great but when I restarted the engine all the a/c cluster is blank. I
looked in the owners book but no a/c cluster fuses were listed.  Is it a relay or can anyone
help me figure what fuse this is connected to?

fuse 2.28 and 2.34 both 10amp fuses in the central junction box (the one under the steering wheel). They go to the EATC module
