I have a Monte Carlo LS 3400 block stock. I wanted to know what changes I can make to make my car faster?

Cold air intake, larger exhaust, replace the cat converter and muffler with race/street/tuner style, race computer chip. Those are the easiest bolt on to help with the 3.4 engine.
