my sunroof wont close what do i do

Can you hear the motor trying to shut the sunroof? A lot if times the rails has debree in them which causes them to not shut! Try putting some grease on the rails that the sunroof slides on that actually helps a lot if times. Good luck.

It closes part way then automatically reversed and opens again! Track wiped clean.

I found the answer today. Hold the vent button for 5 seconds and it will reset itself. I had bought the silicone spray preparing to clean the track, but decided to look at my owners manual and discovered an insert specifically regarding the sunroof. I had taken it to the dealer and they told me to clean the track.

What's the "vent" button?
