Brake fluid change

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I just had my 2016 X3 at the BMW dealer for a brake fluid change. Afterwards I noticed the brake fluid reservoir area had not been touched. When I telephoned the dealer he said that they have a new BMW fluid change operation which does not need access to the reservoir. Is he right?

Make sure you get the muffler bearings and headlight fluid changed also . And have the summer air in the tires replaced before winter .
Chevy is Not a moron. He's right, the dealership is making it up, and they charged you for a service they didn't complete or they cleaned up the cap real well.
The world is upside down! You just can't trust any dealer anymore! Depressing!
